ToyDreams ships orders to addresses you provide at checkout. Available destinations and options depend on your location and the carriers we use.
Rates & delivery times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs (for cross-border orders), or incorrect address details.
Fulfilment
We aim to process orders promptly after payment is confirmed. You will typically receive tracking information by email once a shipment is created, when tracking is available.
Address & customs
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for loss or delay caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you supplied.
For international shipments, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country.
